The whole reason I'm in Spain is for study abroad, so it never kills to share some basic info about my classes.
The two courses I'm taking are considered directly through Mizzou, which means they count in my GPA. Let's home I get A's then!!
I'm technically taking Spanish 3420: Hispanic Literature II and Spanish 4461: Advanced Spanish Civilization.
In reality each day I have a Spanish grammar and conversation class from 9:30-11:30 and again from 12-1. And then we have our Hispanic Literature class with a Mizzou professor from 1-2. It's an entire class devoted to Spanish poetry, and if you thought understanding poetry in English was hard, you just try this!!
The courses themselves last 4 weeks, from July 4 - 29, and then I'm also in Madrid before and after for a couple of days, bringing my grand total to 35 days, or exactly five weeks, in Spain.
